The pose is as impressive as the photo! I really like the composition and how closely cropped the photo is. It reminds me of contortionists who can fit themselves into boxes with strange bodily manuverings.

She has an incredible sense of balance, this is compositionally straight out of the camera, (took a couple attempts) ;) the usual PS tonal curve etc.
