Beautiful yet I find the flash super distracting in the image. Great concept though, just wish was cropped differently but hey, thats just me ;)

All a matter of taste of course Jan, of course it would have been simple to exclude the light, but that wasn't the point in this case.
Probably more to the point, the light in the image was more of a challenge to handle flare etc.

Chrissie and I have never stopped working together, but I think its fair to say we are on an unofficial hiatus, we have done something like 22 planned shoots and several others, just on the spur of the moment, but we were both of the same opinion, we have done some great work together and some of my favourite images from that, sometimes we felt we were just shooting for the sake of it, more recently we have just gone out as friends and just messed about with the cameras, sometimes when the conditions just haven't been right to do what we wanted.
We were always of the opinion that our collaborations were just a part of our friendship as a whole and that we would be friends regardless of the model/photographer association, much of our "best work" has in my and probably her opinion, been mostly the spontaneous stuff, of course as friends, that meet up from time to time, for the sake of it, I'm sure we will do more work together, if you can call it work :lol: as really its just two friends going out and seeing what happens.
In the end we are both pretty much about the "wow image" I'm sure there will be more, but that will very likely be an unplanned moment. :D
Chrissie also spends a fair amount of time behind the camera now too, some good work there, one to watch for sure.

I work with my muse that way - we just chill, create, walk aorund, discuss, create.... guess not so much friends as you and Chrissie but it's nice isnt' it?

Yes it is nice to have that.

I don't actually buy into the Muse mindset however, I find it an idealistic romanticism, but that is a whole other topic, I do draw inspiration from some people, Chrissie is certainly one of them, also from peoples thoughts, experience and sometimes just everyday objects and situations.
